The BedVoyage Difference

Rayon from Bamboo ProcessBedVoyage rayon from Bamboo fibers are made by first sourcing our raw materials from non-polluted areas in Asia, and with a farm that grows the bamboo organically. Using an eco-friendly ‘closed-loop’ process, the bamboo is transformed from stalk to chips, mashed into a pulp, processed into fiber, spun into yarn, then woven into fabric. The solvent used to process the bamboo stalk into fibers is continually recycled during the production process, so production factory emissions are significantly lower in comparison to other man-made fibers.

BedVoyage is committed to providing quality in everything we do and is proud to offer the most luxurious linens at an affordable price, so that anyone can experience the joy of sleeping on rayon from Bamboo!

Our Commitment to Sustainability:

Bamboo is one of the most renewable resources on the planet and grows up to 3 feet per day without pesticides or fertilizer, unlike cotton which uses 24% of the world’s insecticides and 11% of the world’s fertilizers.  We also ensure that the bamboo we use is grown organically. The stalk is cut, not pulled out by its roots, allowing the plant to re-grow and be harvested again and again.  Bamboo also plays a critical role in the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in our atmosphere because it releases 35% more oxygen and absorbs 5 times the volume of greenhouse gases as an equivalent stand of timber trees.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:

Your needs and desires matter to us. That’s why a person and not an automated system answers our phone when you call our offices during business hours.

Your feedback is important to us. You can place your order securely on or you can place an order with us over the phone, whichever method is more comfortable for you. No matter how you choose to order, we are committed to offering the highest level of customer service, so if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund of your purchase price up to 30 days after you receive your product. In the event of a manufacturer defect we will replace your product or refund your purchase price up to 60 days after your purchase.  We value our customers feedback, and when designing our linens, we listened to their pet peeves and therefore added a foot of length to the fitted sheet so that it never untucks, added tight elastic all the way around the fitted so that your corners won't pop off, and oversized the pillowcase to allow for easier insertion of your pillow. Our Commitment to Quality:

We use only 100% rayon from Bamboo to make our bed linens. Our bed linens are a twill weave which makes them strong and durable, but also amazingly soft.   Our logo is embroidered on the linens so you know you are sleeping on the highest quality linens when you see our mark.

Your feedback is crucial to us. We do conduct on-going research and testing on our products and use that information to improve our linens, but your feedback is critical not only to let us know if we’ve met our goal of providing the best quality products, but also to help us to improve wherever we can. You can always call or email us with suggestions or feedback at (425) 949-8216 or or leave us a review. We look forward to hearing from you.

Our Commitment to Affordable Pricing:

Most consumers appreciate quality products but also want an affordable price. We strive to offer the highest quality linens at some of the lowest prices in the country.  We know that if we keep our quality high and our prices lower than our competitors, you will feel comfortable recommending our products to your friends and family as a ‘great find’.

Our Commitment to Expedient Shipping:

We know that when you place your order, you are eager to receive it as soon as possible so that you can start experiencing the benefits of sleeping on bamboo!  Every order is important to us, and because of that we work diligently to get all orders out the same day. We wrap each order in bamboo tissue paper and close with our logo sticker so it will feel like you’ve received a gift when your package arrives at your door.

Availability:  We are committed to offering you ease of shopping. As a result we have partnered with many top online retailers in the country, so if you have a favorite e-commerce retailer you will likely find us there.

Our Commitment to Social Responsibility:

Bamboo is native to Asia, and our textiles come from that region. We are committed to ensuring that we only work with factories that have passed the Social Responsibility Audit. This confirms that no children work in the factory, that the employees are paid a fair wage, and that employees have been anonymously interviewed to ensure that their working conditions are good.  Our factory is the largest home textile factory in China and has been certified by many large national retailers using a stringent 25 point review process.

Our Commitment to Health:

We hold the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification which guarantees “Confidence in Textiles” and certified by Testex Zurich.  OEKO-TEX is the world leader in testing textiles for harmful substances. It introduced its “Confidence in Textiles” certification in 1992 in response to negative headlines regarding the use of chemicals in textiles.

Why do we think this is important? When you sleep, your pores open up and absorb whatever you are sleeping on.  This means that you can absorb things such as bleach, fabric softener, perfumes, and chemicals.

We at BedVoyage care about what is on our linens.  We do not use flame retardants such as antimony trioxide, which studies show can cause conditions ranging from allergies to Autism.  Neither do we use formaldehyde, which some bed linen and apparel manufacturers use to make textiles wrinkle-resistant.  We feel that you would rather endure a bit of wrinkling than breathe in formaldehyde while you sleep.
