Who May Use our Site:
To use the Site, you agree that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement for yourself or representing your company, you are of an allowed age, and you will only use our site in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
The Ways We May Communicate with You:
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or subscribing to our Newsletters, or creating your personal login credentials: you consent to receiving communications from us in the form of email, newsletters, abandoned cart widgets or tools. We also may post any reviews or testimonials that you so graciously offer to us, on this site or social media or marketing materials. You also agree to maintain accurate contact information so that we have the ability to communicate as needed. All noted prior, you agree that any contact we have with you satisfies any legal requirement for written communications.
Your Acceptance of BedVoyage Terms:
When you visit this site in any way, or register for a personal or wholesale account, or purchase products from us; you’ve expressly acknowledged that you’ve read our Terms entirely and agree to be bound by all Terms and held liable if you fail to do so. If you do not agree to all Terms, we request you immediately leave this site and do not access, install, or audit this site, or use any of our services.
Noted: The Dispute Resolution section of these Terms require you to resolve all disputes with BedVoyage through final and binding arbitration. Included in these terms is a Class Action Waiver and a Jury Trial Waiver. This means that you will only be permitted to pursue claims and seek relief against us on an INDIVIDUAL basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action, litigations, settlement, or proceedings. You are also waiving your right to seek relief in any court of law, and to have a jury trial on your claims. BedVoyage is located in Washington State, therefore any Dispute Resolutions must be handled in Washington state only.
Keeping Your Login Credentials Secure and Private:
It is important to maintain the integrity of your personal login credentials, therefore when you create an account you agree to sign up with your legal name and contact information, as well as create a strong password, and do not share it with others. This is your way of safeguarding your personal login credentials as you may have stored your personal information such as address, email, and stored credit card information. Please follow this Agreement and all applicable laws.
Orders and Billing:
When you place an order with BedVoyage, you are expressly agreeing that BedVoyage and our payment platform (True Commerce – Nexternal) are authorized to charge you for the products you’ve chosen, applicable tax and shipping charges, in order to complete your purchase. BedVoyage will issue a receipt for the purchase, note all items purchased, and applicable taxes and shipping charges. BedVoyage uses third party services (such as True Commerce-Nexternal and Authorize.net) to process purchases and payment methods. In the event that products have been delivered to you and you fail to pay us; any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts charged are paid for by you. You must resolve any payment method problems before proceeding with your purchase. If a charge is not successfully settled, yet product has been shipped, (even if you cancel the order after shipping) you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize BedVoyage to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
It is your responsibility to keep accurate credit card information located in your personal login/registration so that purchases are completed with the correct card. If you fail to update your card and you place an order using the wrong card, BedVoyage will expect you to settle this properly with us and with your credit card company. If you fail to keep accurate information in your registration, therefore we ship or charge the wrong address or account, BedVoyage may cease to provide any further products or services to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason, and this will not be construed as discrimination or harassment.
Products and Customer Service:
At times, BedVoyage may offer promotions, in-house specials or exclusives on our site or on-premise. The items may have limited quantities and may not be subject to exchanges or returns. An example would be close-out items or Sample/Sale items.
Colors and Photos: BedVoyage has made every effort to display on our site accurate depiction of the colors of our products, yet we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will accurately reflect the color in the physical product. We may opt not allow exchanges or returns due to color appearance on our social media, marketing materials or site, at our discretion. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Products: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that we can amend any issues you may see with our site, or that the quality of any product may meet your expectations.
Receipt and Approval of Products:
The responsibility of inspecting the received goods for fault and notifying us within five working days will be yours. We will need to know if there is a problem in the shipment arriving intact, so that we can resolve the issues with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carriers will have proof of delivery, and if a customer says the shipment has not arrived; we will try to get more information from the carrier, but the ultimate resolution will need to be accomplished by the buyer. BedVoyage is not responsible for refunds or replacements due to a customer having theft or loss on their premises when we have confirmation of a delivery.
We have used retail MSRP pricing on our retail site, in United States dollars, and MAP pricing on all of our Marketplace sites. If you are outside of the Lower 48 states, there may be duties and taxes added to your purchase by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. Sales tax is not charged on orders with a delivery address outside of USA regardless of which country they are ordered from. Any customs or duty charges are paid by the purchaser, not BedVoyage. In the event we allow an out-of-country order and it arrives to the purchase and they reject it due to the cost of duty charges; BedVoyage will only refund the remaining portion of the purchase, minus those duty or shipping costs BedVoyage may have incurred.
Shipping Dates and Delivery Times:
BedVoyage ships out products same-day for orders that arrive prior to noon on M-F business days. All orders arriving after noon will be shipped the next business day. You may check our Shipping & Returns link on the home page for more details. BedVoyage will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure that you’ve enter the correct delivery address. BedVoyage cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If you have supplied an incorrect address, you will be subject to rerouting charges, or any costs in completing a delivery to the proper address.
Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Please see our Shipping & Returns link on the bottom of our Home Page for further clarification. There you will find more information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. If a product is found to be defective within 90 days of receipt of it, BedVoyage will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping or will send a replacement to you after you have returned the product to us. If you are simply unhappy with a product for any reason, we will allow a refund or exchange withing the first 60 days from date of receipt. You may return the product to us at your expense, or we may reduce your refund by the cost of shipping. Qualifying refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make a purchase following our receipt of the faulty item being returned. Purchases may be exchanged for a similar product or store credit within 60 days of delivery, except for sale or sample sale products. All exchanges must be in ‘as new’ condition, including still in their original packaging, unless faulty or defective. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund request if you do not make it within 60 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request may be a violation of these Terms. Policy for Cancelling Orders:
If you choose to cancel an order, you may do so at no cost IF we have not yet shipped the product. If it has been shipped, but you have not yet received it; you can choose to pay for the expense of rerouting it back to our office. We can deduct these expenses from your refund. If items have been shipped, BedVoyage reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge for the shipping expenses incurred in sending and returning the shipment to BedVoyage.
Free With Purchase Promotions or Give-Aways:
You must be 18 years or older to participate in any Give-Away promotions, and we may occasionally offer them and require proof of age. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The Giveaways are void in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and all other jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted by law. Each Giveaway will be subject to official rules which will be available as part of the Giveaway details. If you choose to participate in a Giveaway you are responsible for complying with all rules, policies, and procedures of the Giveaway.
Wholesaler, Resellers Certificates:
TAXES AND RESELLER’S CERTIFICATES: It is the sole responsibility of the Retailer to charge and pay all federal, state, and local taxes based on the price of the sale. Retailers must supply BedVoyage with their renewed Reseller’s Certificate as often as required by the state where the Retailer’s business is registered.
Wholesaler, Reseller Limitations:
BedVoyage does not allow any reseller or wholesaler to list our product line(s) on Amazon.com or ANY Marketplace account. BedVoyage reserves all these rights to list their own brand on those sites, therefore does not allow any other account to list our skus, upc’s, product titles, images or any other aspect of our products. We also require that resellers list our products with our exact content and bullets, so that content matches the FTC’s requirements for bamboo textiles. Please Note: BedVoyage has reserved the right to list our products at MAP pricing on Amazon and all other Marketplace sites. We allow our Wholesalers to list at MAP as well.
Reseller and Affiliates:
Prohibited Activities: although we allow both approved-resellers and approved-affiliates, the Wholesale Portal is to be used ONLY to place wholesale orders, and not to route affiliate sales through. Affiliates may not use their affiliate link to earn commission on Wholesale orders. You will not, and will not knowingly permit other persons to engage in any fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity, or engage in activities and techniques that misrepresent the traffic source in connection with your participation in our wholesale portal or affiliate management system. Violation of this policy can result in immediate termination of the link, and/or the reseller’s account with BedVoyage. Should you not terminate any link that we require, we may redirect such links in its sole discretion without compensation to you.
Account Requirements: You must have an active website at the time of application to be considered for a new account. You also must generate a minimum of $500 worth of wholesale sales in a any calendar year in order to retain an active account at BedVoyage. Failure to meet either of these requirements can result in the closure of your account at the end of the year, without notification.

We may post reviews or images to our site, to social media or into marketing materials, at our sole discretion and your supplying of them grants our right to use them as we see fit, free from any liability or litigation from you.
If you find any errors or missing information that we have inadvertently missed, please do feel free to bring it to our attention, as despite our best efforts we may have missed or omitted information in error. We cannot guarantee that there is not missing information or errors, and we reserve the right to correct this information at any time, when either we have noticed it, or it has been brought to our attention. You understand and acknowledge and agree that the site and its materials are provided in ‘as is’ and that by your using the site at your own discretion and sole risk, and expressly disclaim all presumed warranties of any kind. This waiver may not apply in states to do no allow exclusion warranties.

We appreciate the give and take of other brands wanting to share interactions and backlinks with us, and us with them. We are often reached out to by other posters of blogs, articles, and reviews, and we are happy to host links to their pages. When doing so, we are granted their request and approval. Likewise, when we post blogs or pages; we may choose to hyperlink to relevant sites, articles, or posts that we feel are relevant to our post and enhance or add to its information. Our site may contain links to other websites, including links to other websites or resources operated by third parties, including advertisers. BedVoyage has not reviewed all of the websites linked to its Site and does not necessarily sponsor, endorse or approve of any of the advertising, products, services or other materials. BedVoyage also does not represent or warrant any of their quality or accuracy in post, as we simply link to it as additional resource for our post. If there is any dispute resolution brought by you, you agree to bring it in the locale of King County, Washington. You agree that any dispute or claim you bring against BedVoyage shall be adjudicated by a single arbitrator or small claims court in King County, Washington. Accordingly, you hereby acknowledge that you may not have a claim outside of a small claims court or arbitration. You must also send a certified mail notice to BedVoyage with 15 (fifteen) days prior notice to filing your claim, to allow BedVoyage the ability to respond. Mail to PO Box 1131, Cle Elum, WA 98922. Any action based on a breach of any provision of this agreement by you may be brought by BedVoyage to the courts, and BedVoyage may seek injunctive relief at any time.
This Constitutes the Agreement:
By entering our site, you’ve agreed to the entire contents of these Terms and it constitutes the entire agreement binding you and BedVoyage and supersedes any prior written or verbal agreements.
