BedVoyage ships all orders that arrive prior to noon PST the same day. Any orders arriving after noon will ship the next business day.
All orders over $99 will ship for free, unless they are going outside of the Continental 48 States, in which additional charges may apply. Orders under $99 will be charged at the discounted rates we have negotiated with our carriers, based on weight and shipping destination.
Orders will ship from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV and most ground shipments will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada can take 5-10 days.

Yes, you can use the Shipping Confirmation that is emailed to you, and track your order from that link.
You may refer to the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email, or if you experience difficulty with them please reach out to us, we can try to obtain delivery information for you. If you have given us incorrect shipping details and the shipment is lost, we can help to get it rerouted to you but you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Missing or Incorrect Items Received: If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item; you must notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to resolve this issue, please email us with the Order # and a photo of the incorrect item you received and please keep the product intact, inside its original packaging.
