If you have given us incorrect shipping details and the shipment is lost, we can help to get it rerouted to you but you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Missing or Incorrect Items Received: If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item; you must notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to resolve this issue, please email us with the Order # and a photo of the incorrect item you received and please keep the product intact, inside its original packaging.
