Returns & Exchanges FAQ’s

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we do accept returns if you're not satisfied for any reason! We’ll issue an exchange or refund, within 60 days of delivery, less shipping fees.

Please note: any items purchased through our authorized third-party vendors, or other websites, will be need to be returned through their store. Kindly reach out to them directly, and they'll be happy to process your return.

You may exchange any items (except for Sale or Sample Sale items) that have been unopened, unwashed and unused. They must also be in their original packaging. You're welcome to exchange for a product of lesser, or greater value. If the product you choose is of higher cost that product being exchanged; we will simply charge you for the difference. It its lower, we'll issue a refund.

We honor exchanges when you return the item to us, by either bringing or shipping it to our offices at your expense. We will then ship you the exchanged item at our expense, as long as it is within the Continental Lower 48 states. We'll ship with one of our approved ground-shipping carriers.

What if I have a tear or there is damage to my item?

We never want that to happen to you, but if you do experience an issue, please send a photo of the issue to [email protected], along with a description of the issue, your Order #, the color and size of the product, and your shipping address.  We are more than happy to replace any faulty items. Do please review our Laundry Care tab to ensure that you are properly caring for your linens, as some detergents are not as gentle as preferred and can cause a breakdown in fibers that may result in a tear.

We will then email you a return shipping label so that you can return the item to us, for orders in the lower 48 states. * Please note, additional shipping charges will not be credited back. Upon receipt of the returned item; we can either ship you the replacement or we can issue a credit to your credit card if the defect has been found within 90 days from the time of purchase.

We donate returned or damaged items, and have a number of charities that we work with. We offer them gently used products, then they are given a second chance to take care of other’s bedding needs. Please see our About Us page to learn more about our charities.

For gift with purchase orders (GWP) the free gift would need to be returned with purchased item in order to receive a full refund. Please simply follow the below instruction:
Start a Return or Exchange
1. EMAIL your Invoice or PO# to [email protected], with your issue or concern. We’ll then email a return shipping label.
2. RETURN PACKAGE:  include a note with the RA#, and whether it’s a return or an exchange. Apply the shipping label, and ship to us.
3. DONE! Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package, and you will receive an email confirmation.
