Returns & Exchanges FAQ’s

30 Day Return Policy:

If you’re not completely in love with your BedVoyage linens, you’re eligible for a return. The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.  The item(s) must be shipped to our return center within 10 days of receiving the shipping label, and include the Return Authorization Form in the return package.

You can choose free return shipping and get a store credit OR a refund to your original payment method minus a return shipping fee of $12.00. Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for returns.  Once your return is received and inspected, the refund or store credit will be processed within 15 days. If you received a free-gift with your purchase, you must return the gift, or the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

BedVoyage will not issue refunds or store credits for items returned that are not in their original condition, or does not include the Return Authorization form, and we will not be responsible for returning non-approved items. BedVoyage cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping and therefore will not refund the value of the goods.  If you’re looking to return an item purchased via third-party vendors and websites, kindly contact them directly.

Steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with your reason for return and Order #.
  2. Customer Service will email you with a Return Label and Return Authorization Form to complete, which must be included in your shipment. You will opt for Refund or Store Credit on that form. You must ship within 10 days of receipt of Return label.
  3. Our Returns Dept. will alert us upon arrival, and we'll process your return or store credit within 15 days of receipt of product. The store credit comes to you in the form of an eGift card via email. You can use this at any time, there is no expiration date.

30 Day Exchange Policy:

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You must ship the item back to our warehouse at your expense, once received and inspected; we'll ship the replacement at our expense, to the lower 48 states. If there is a difference in price for new replacement, you'll pay for the cost prior to the exchange being shipped. We will email you a Return/Exchange Authorization Form that must be included in the package, and must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the Form.  Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for exchanges.  

BedVoyage will not issue exchanges for items returned that are not in their original new condition, or do not include the Return/Exchange Authorization form, and we will not be responsible for returning non-approved items. BedVoyage cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.

  1. Email [email protected] with your Order # and the preferred exchange, and your phone # in case we need to reach out. We'll email you the Return/Exchange Authorization Form to complete. Check the box ‘Exchange’ and include the form in your shipment, and ship out within 10 days of receipt of Form.
  2. We will process your exchange within 15 days of receipt of the original product, and email you the tracking information of the exchange.

What if I have a tear or there is damage to my item?

Manufacturer Defects:

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us at [email protected] within 60 days of receipt so we can do our best to help resolve the issue for you.  Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions need to be followed carefully. See our Laundering Instructions.

The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns won’t be accepted nor replacements offered:

  • Discoloration/Stains - Due to the nature of bamboo fibers, our bedding should not be exposed to lotions or oils, as this can cause discolorations/stains on the fabric. See our Laundering and FAQ for tips on removing stains.
  • Our guarantee does not include misuse of the product including the following:
    • Incorrectly following care instructions
    • Stains/discoloration, abrasion, rips/tears, or pet damage
    • Loss or theft of an item(s)
