Would you like to fall in love (with bamboo!) risk free? Take the 90 day challenge and if you don’t like them, we’ll be sad, but you can break up with us!
To test drive our bed sheets for 90 days risk free: simply save the Invoice we emailed you, and before 90 days are up; if you’re not satisfied for any reason: forward the invoice back to us with a request for a return airbill, box them up and send them packing! Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund, and you can start dating other sheets~
- Please email us with the order number at email@example.com to obtain an RA#.
- In the return package, be sure to include: the RA# and whether this is a return or an exchange.
- All returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product, without any restocking fees and a credit receipt will be emailed to you.
- In the event of a manufacturer's defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and images of the defect, along with the order number.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label and issue an RA#.
- You may choose to have us replace the product or refund the total order amount, for up to 90 days from the time of purchase.
