30 Day Exchange Policy:
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You must ship the item back to our warehouse at your expense, once received and inspected; we’ll ship the replacement at our expense, to the lower 48 states. If there is a difference in price for new replacement, you’ll pay for the cost prior to the exchange being shipped. We will email you a Return/Exchange Authorization Form that must be included in the package, and must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the Form. Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for exchanges.
BedVoyage will not issue exchanges for items returned that are not in their original new condition, or do not include the Return/Exchange Authorization form, and we will not be responsible for returning non-approved items. BedVoyage cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.
- Email [email protected] with your Order # and the preferred exchange, and your phone # in case we need to reach out. We’ll email you the Return/Exchange Authorization Form to complete. Check the box ‘Exchange’ and include the form in your shipment, and ship out within 10 days of receipt of Form.
- We will process your exchange within 15 days of receipt of the original product, and email you the tracking information of the exchange.
