Retail Shipping and Returns
Please Note: All shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid19 and the unprecedented increase in shipping volumes this year. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee exact shipment delivery dates, including all expedited shipping options. Please refer to the updated map below as a guideline.
All orders over $99, within the lower 48 states, will ship standard ground and usually arrive within 1-6 business days. Expedited shipping options are available when placing your order. Orders received Monday through Friday by noon PST ship the same business day. Your order is wrapped in tissue paper and arrives looking like a gift.
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO will ship USPS. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and have a large order, please call us at (425)949-8216 during regular business hours to place this order.
BedVoyage wants you to be happy with your purchase! If they're not satisfied for any reason, we'll issue an exchange or refund within 60 days (extended to 90 days from Nov 1 through Christmas, due to shipping delays) of their order delivery, less shipping fees. For gift with purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with purchased item in order to receive a full refund. Please simply follow the below instruction:
- Please email us with the Invoice or PO number at email@example.com to obtain an RA#.
- In the return package, be sure to include: the RA# and whether this is a return or an exchange.
- All returns are processed within 5 business days, without any restocking fees.

- In the event of a manufacturer's defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and images of the defect, along with the Invoice or PO number.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label and issue an RA# for orders within the lower 48 US States. *Please note, international shipping charges won't be credited back.
- You may choose to have us replace the product or refund the total order amount, for up to 90 days from the time of purchase.
If you are interested in exchanging any products within 60 days receiving your purchase, simply email us at email@example.com with the order or PO# and exchange request. We will respond with instructions within 24 business hours. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
