BedVoyage wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund, merchandise exchange or credit if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your merchandise in the event of a manufacturer defect for up to 60 days from time of purchase with receipt.

To return your online purchase:
1. Be sure to include your packing slip in your shipment to us. If you have misplaced your original packing slip, please call 425-949-8216 for Customer Service assistance.
2. For your protection we recommend that you insure your return package.
If the amount of the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), buyer will be responsible for payment of the additional amount.
