BedVoyage is committed to providing quality in everything we do and is proud to offer the most sustainable, eco-friendly, luxury bamboo products at an affordable price.
Our Commitment to Sustainability:
We are committed to using only the most eco-friendly textiles, and hold the Oeko-Tex Confidence in Textiles certification as confirmation. Bamboo is one of the most renewable resources on the planet, and is grown without pesticides or fertilizer, unlike cotton which uses 25% of the world’s insecticides. We further ensure that the processing of the fibers is done so in the closed-loop system which keeps re-using and re-circulating the solvents needed to breakdown the stalk, not allowing it to leak out into air or waterways.
Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:
We are fully committed to offering the highest level of customer service, our customers needs and desires matter greatly to us. A real person answers the phone when you call our offices, and you can place an order over the phone with us directly. Ordering on BedVoyage.com is secure and easy, and If you are not satisfied for any reason we guarantee a 100% refund. We appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to increase the quality of our products, and encourage our customers to call or email us with all suggestions, to email@example.com.
Our Commitment to Quality:
We use only 100% bamboo in our bed linens, and of the highest thread counts. Our linens are all woven with a Twill weave, which locks in the fibers making our linens strong and durable, but amazingly soft. Our logo is beautifully embroidered on the linens, so that you know you are sleeping on 100% bamboo when you see our mark. We continually research and test our products, and utilize that information to improve our linens.
Our Commitment to Affordable Pricing:
Most consumers in this economic climate appreciate quality products but also want a price that is affordable. We work very hard to offer the highest quality bamboo linens at some of the lowest prices in the country. We know that if we keep our prices lower, you will feel comfortable recommending our products to your friends and family as a ‘great find’.
Our Commitment to Expedient Shipping:
We at BedVoyage know that when you place your order, you are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your linens so that you can start experiencing the benefits of sleeping on bamboo! Every single order is important to us, and because of that we work diligently to get all orders out the same day. We also wrap each order in bamboo tissue paper and close with our logo sticker, making it feel like you received a gift when it arrives to your door!
Availability: We are committed to offering you ease of shopping, because of that we have partnered with many of the top online retailers in the country, so if you have a favorite e-commerce retailer you will likely find us there.
Our Commitment to Social Responsibility:
Bamboo is native to Asia, and as our textiles come from that region, we are fully committed to ensuring that we only work with factories that have passed the Social Responsibility Audit. This confirms that no children work there, that the employees are paid fair wages and that they have been anonymously interviewed to ensure that the standards of their working conditions are good.
Our Commitment to Health:
When you sleep, your pores open up and absorb whatever you are sleeping on. This means that you can absorb things such as bleach, fabric softener, perfumes, and chemicals. We at BedVoyage care greatly about what is on our linens. Because of that we do not use flame retardants such as Antimony Trioxide, which studies show can cause many conditions, ranging from allergies to Autism. We also do not use formaldehyde, which is commonly used to make linens wrinkle-resistant. We feel that most consumers would rather endure a bit of wrinkling than breathe in formaldehyde while they sleep. Further, bamboo is grown without pesticides or fertilizer and can grow up to 3 feet a day. The stalk is cut, not pulled by the roots, allowing it to re-grow and be harvested again and again. Bamboo also plays a critical role in the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide as it release 35% more oxygen, and takes in five times the volume of greenhouse gases as an equivalent stand of timber trees.
